Error messages when loading PDFs from embedded Excel document

Hello,

I am currently looking into two error messages that seem to occur when trying to open up embedded PDF documents from an Excel document. These error messages do not seem to occur when opening the PDF files directly from file explorer.

Any advice on how to resolve these error messages would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Anand

Am no longer an Adobe user following our conversation back in April.

Switched to BueBeam during that chat and haven't had any issues of the same nature since.

One of my colleagues still uses Adobe and was having problems embedding PDFs into excel just yesterday. She sent both the Job Pack and PDF to me and I was able to embed via BB without any issue before returning the pack back to her.

Will advise her to update her Adobe product. I did wonder in an update had been rolled out yesterday that may have affected her. If not, it's even more broken than it was before as she was unable to do any kind of embed. She reset, restarted and was then in the process of contacting our internal IT dept for help. Whilst my side was completely error free using BB.
