One of my users is getting the following error when trying to eport to Word or PPT. I have tried running repair on the instalation with no help. Checked and found that is on the latest version and it seems that issue started when it was updated to the latest version.

Please make sure to uncheck "Use Acrobat Create PDF Cloud Service" while exporting the file to the doc.

HI Akanksha,
The user is up to date on the latest versions of Acrobat and Windows but I will attach screen shots to this message as well.
This happens with any files when you click the export pdf tool and try to export them to those formats.

We are not able to reproduce this issue at our end. Can you please try reinstalling Acrobat and see if user is still facing the issue.
