I am not able to send e-sign request. I am using Acrobat Pro DC not as a member of the team or company but the attached error is shown.
Not sure who the IT Adnimistrator would be in this case.
Does anyone know how to sort this out, please?

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are unable to send the document for e-signatures and getting the Access denied error as shown above.
Please try to logout of the application and reboot the computer once and re-login and check if that works.
Also, please try to send the document for signature via Document Cloud https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/ and see if that helps.
If it doesn't work, have you recently made any changes to your Adobe ID/Email? If yes, please get in touch with the Adobe sign team for the specific steps to fix the issue as the steps can vary depending on the scenarios as described in the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/kb/how-to-change-the-email-address-of-adobe-sign-account-adobe-sign.htm...
