Excel up to date
Acrobat 11.0.18
Windows 10 up to date
When a user tries to combine three pdfs Excel crashes with unknown error. I can print to pdf the same three workbooks and then combine them but I shouldn't have to.
Event logs show the following errors ( I have installed latest Excel update since this and still crashing but haven't managed to get the up to date event logs yet.
Also tried removing and reinstalling Acrobat. The same user had this problem before and removing Acrobat Reader and reinstalling Acrobat XI solved the problem. This time Acrobat reader is not even installed. What else can I do to troubleshoot?
thanks
