when I save a document Excel as PDF the format moves, all the number

Sorry for the delay in response.

Based on the description mentioned above, formatting is not retained when converting an excel sheet to a pdf, is that correct?

Could you please let us know how you are saving excel as a pdf, using "Create PDF" option in Adobe Acrobat?

Or using File > Save As > PDF option in MS Excel?

Which operating system you are using - Mac/ Windows?
