Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.
What is the workflow/steps you are doing to export the PDF? Are you using it via document cloud https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/ or from with in the Acrobat Reader application?
Please try to logout of the application and reboot the computer and relogin with the correct Adobe ID and check .
Also a small video recording of the steps and the issue would be very helpful?
