Hi,
I have the latest version of Acrobat Pro DC. Previously, I've been able to perform a save as on a PDF and choose JPG to convert a PDF to JPG. Now, I do not have any options when doing a save as (can only resave as PDF). I attempted to export the PDF to a JPG, and everything seems OK, but the JPG format is not recoginzed by any of my programs. The exported JPG can be opened in Photoshop, but none of my other programs are compatible with this JPG (Windows photoviewer, ACDSEE photoviewer and most importantly for my work AutoCAD does not recognize the JPG). Given this has been a basic function I've been using for years on various Adobe programs this is very frustrating. Any help would be appreciated.

It looks like it's a setting in the Security (Enhanced) tab.
Go to Edit > Preferences > Security (Enhanced) and clear the check box Enable Protected Mode at startup.

I have not changed any of my settings, so presumably default.

Can you share one JPEG file?

Go to Edit - Preferences - Converting from PDF - JPEG and post a screenshot of the settings selected in that dialog.

Hope you are doing well.
Basis your observations and the results on your previous post, I am marking your statement as a correct answer for future users to use as a reference.
