Exporting PDF to images don't work anymore...

I'm runing latest Acrobat 24.1 (2024.005.20320)

I'm trying to export a PDF to JPG and it's not working. Here's the stops I took...

  • Open a PDF
  • Select the Convert tab
  • Choose Image format JPEG
  • Click Convert to JPEG button
  • A window pops up asking for folder so I select the folder
  • A browse window pops up asking for JPG filename
  • I click save and a progress bar pops up for 1/2 a second

I check the folder and no JPG file was created. I tried differet PDF files, different folders, didn't make a difference.

Exporting to PNG works fine.

Anybody else experiencing this on Acrobat 24.1 (2024.005.20320)?

I can't even downgrade to an older version because Acrobat doesn't havee an "Other versions" option in Creative Cloud like it does with other apps. This sucks because now I'm stuck with this bug and forced to wait weeks until Adobe fixes it.

Same issue here on 2 different computers and accounts.
Cannot export to JPEG, but can export to PNG or TIF
Same program, etc. has worked for months in the past.

Oh nice... that fixed it. But I'm not sure I want to disable Protection Mode so I'm feeling a bit conflicted here
