Extending FOrm/PDF page size issues

Community Beginner ,

Good morning,

I am helping a friend with some pdf forms for his business. The person that created these forms is no longer available to talk with, and I am having some issues with changes to the length of the form to have more open space to work with.

I am a 25-year IT pro with very little PDF and form creation experience with Adobe Acrobat. Oh, I am using the latest version from my adobe cloud subscription. Just to let everyone know I'm not a total newbie here 🙂

What I want to do is move two order form lines, with pictures, calculations, and such to a lower position on the form. there is no room to copy/paste too and from so I was going to extend the page.

For the likes of me, and I feel like a newbie here, I cannot figure out how to extend the working area of the page in either PDF Edit or Form mode.

I have about 30 of these forms to help out with and time is becoming a problem. Can anyone out there help?

Thanx

Matt

That's because there's no easy way to do it. You can use the Crop tool to change the dimensions of the page(s), but you need to understand that PDF files were not meant to be edited in such a way, and doing so it going to be difficult and problematic. If you can get access to the original files used to create these forms make the changes there and then create new PDF files from them. Then you can use the Replace Pages command in Acrobat to insert the new pages over the old ones, which will keep all fields in tact.
