Extracting Pages- no Extract option

When I go into Organize, the only options I have on the secondary tool bar are Insert, Rotate Left, Rotate Right and Delete.   I am using Adobe DC.  Thoughts?

(Right or control) Click on the Organize tool bar and select Show All Labels?
