Failed text search on Adobe Acrobat

I'm having a problem searching for text through Adobe on my desktop device. I edited a pdf on other software and I can't search for words correctly. It doesn't give me any results or it gives me the wrong results. 

The problem does not occur on mobile devices. 

I've already tried doing updates, clearing caches, and changing search/security preferences. 

The problem persists. I urgently need to solve the problem.

Can you share a sample file that has this issue?

The way this file was created (by Canva) is incorrect, which is causing these issues. You can try to re-create it, by exporting all the pages as images, then create a new PDF from those images and running Text Recognition on the new file.
