Failed to show any math symbols after update

Before update and when I open it in the other pdf reading apps, symbols shows normally.  After update, the symbols are blank.

It shows normally in adobe's web app, but not on my mac.

Works fine on Windows. Make sure you open the file directly in Acrobat or Reader. Do NOT open it in Apple Preview or anything like that.

I certainly open it in Acrobat... Otherwise, I wouldn't come here and ask.  By the way it looks good in Apple Preview.

I hope you're doing well, and we apologize for the delayed response and the trouble. Could you share another PDF file where the math symbols are missing? The previously shared PDF is displaying correctly for me as well (reference: page 60).  

Additionally, which math symbol is missing? It would also be helpful if you could provide a quick screen recording of the issue.

Hi Anand,

Thanks for your help!  I found this is the only paper that fails to show on my Mac's Acrobat.  I wonder if I am missing any fonts but it shows good before I update to 25.1.20432.0.  All the math symbols are blank in this paper.

This is what shows on my end (page 61):
