Failure to Scan from Acrobat X Pro (ScanGear) Error

Hello,

Unable to scan using Acrobat Adobe X Pro.  Currently connected to printers using LAN.  Able to scan documents using Canon printer software, but not Acrobat Adobe.  Attached is the error message.

Acrobat X is not compatible with Windows 10. Problems, especially with things that require integration with the OS (like scanning) are to be expected, therefore.
