Files say “converting to pdf” but stuck on progress spinner for days

I am on Acrobat premium. Over the past year or so, I have converted hundreds of files to PDF (from Word, Powerpoint, etc). All of a sudden, recently, Acrobat hasn't been able to convert my files to PDF anymore. When I go to Adobe cloud storage, there is a list of my files, which all say "converting to pdf," but it never actually converts the files to PDFs. I see loading/progress spinners telling me to wait (photo attached). The loading/progress spinners have been spinning for several days now, but nothing happens. I tried restarting my ipad, but that hasn't resolved the issue.

I will assume that you are on Windows 10/11 ?

If so, what happens when you repair Adobe Acrobat? Does the problem continues after the installation is repaired?

And if you're on macOS, does the same problem occurs if you uninstall and reinstall the Acrobat software?

Hello @ls_rbls ,

I'm not sure if this started happening after the last update.

I currently am using version 23.11.01 of Acrobat, if that helps.

I am using an iPad. I uninstalled and reinstalled the Acrobat software, and that resolved the problem. THANK YOU SO MUCH @ls_rbls!
