hello! i have a problem with fill and sign. i dont know why but i cant fill my pdf document. the text is not written just enter the text and its all

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are unable to fill the PDF documents as the text is not written just enter the text and its all.

 

Would you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version 21.05.20048 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

 

Also make sure that the font color is set to black as shown in the screenshot below:

If it doesn't work please try to reset the Acrobat preferences to default as described in the help page https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792...

i have last version Acrobate and color is black and all is okay exept for enter the text 

its my screenshot the grey text is "enter the text"

As per the procedure given, we have downloaded the UPDATE patch from the
following URL.
https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/continuous/dccontinuousjunehotfix2...
1. AcroRdrDCUpd2100520054_MUI
2. AcroRdrDCUpd2100520054
These two being MSI update files, the same is expecting the Adobe Reader DC
to be present the laptop.
We have the following .EXE file that was downloaded from Adobe which is
free.
AcroRdrDC2100520048_en_US.exe
When tried with the above executable file, the installation proceeds and
fails throwing an error with Code: 1722 (newer version is already
installed)
Please guide further.

I Uninstalled Flash player as suggested by Adobe .Thereafter Adobe stopped working.I Uninstalled Adobe and have been trying to install Adobe Reader but get a message that a latest version already exists or Error 1722 ..installation error

As mentioned you are getting the error 1722, please check the steps shared in the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/error-1722--there-is-a-problem-with-this-windows-installer-packa.... and see if that helps.
