Filling out secured PDF form not working on tablet

I created a form which works fine on a standard computer. I secured the form with a password. However when I try to fill out the form using a tablet, it doesn't work. The designed fields cannot be filled out.

When using Fill and Sign app, the fields are even gone.

Anyone an indication what the issue micht be ?

Remove the security settings and it will work

But removing the security will users provide the possibility of modifying the PDF text pretty easy. I am dealing with an official form that need to be filled out and digitally signed.

Would the security work using a Msft Surface running Win10 ?

What is the benefit of using security when you have to avoid it using other types of hardware ?

It will work on a tablet with Windows 10. But don't use Fill & Sign.
