Fix-Up profiles - "Correct 4C Black"

The "Correct 4c Black" fixup is not on my company computer right now, I'm using Adobe Acrobat X Pro version 10.1.16. My previous company had that profile, that particular fixup is great for converting "rich black" or CMYK black text to to 100% K text. Are fixup profiles something that can be downloaded and installed, if so, where can I get this fixup? Or do I need to create a new profile and save it? Many thanks for any help!
