Fonts in Header and Footter, Watermark

I am working with 

MacBook Pro (15 inch, 2017) ; macOS Monterey (Version 12.6)
Adobe Acrobat Pro DC ; Continuous Release | Version 2022.002.20191

The text of my pdf is in Calibri.

--> In Add Watermark, or Add Header and Footer, the only font I can chose is "Symbol"

--> I need to be able to pick another font in Add Watermark, or Add Header and Footer

I have alreadey reinstalled the program, restarted the computer, etc.

Adobe support can't come up with a solution.

How can this problem be solved?

SOLVED.
I have again restarted my computer, and the fonts showed up this time.
