When saving a fillable pdf, we sometimes get data corruption in non-fillable locations, this occurs randomly and only when saving to a network location.

So, how exactly are you saving the PDF to the network location, i.e., what tool or technology is used?

Saving a file should not modify the file. Compare the saved and pre-saved files to see if they are different.
