Form Field with tab "0" will not delete

I created a form field while editing a pdf and I accidently created two. The form field tab number is zero and when i right click on it and hit delete it does not delete. if i enter any information into this box the information does not stay. I have no idea why this one form field will not delete. any other new one i make will go away. please help

It has become corrupted. Use the Redaction tool to remove it. In my experience it's the only way to get rid of such "ghost" fields, as I call them.
