I saw someone posted something very similar back in 2018. I don't want to rely on that information because I am HOPING Adobe tools have gotten better since then and reference materials from 2018 are different than what it looks like now. I suspect I will have to use JavaScript to achieve the goal I want, which is actually rather simple, at least in concept.
I am using Acrobat Pro DC.
I am inserting multiple List Boxes into a form. Each form field is named uniquely.
GOAL: I want ONLY those items someone selects from each list to display and to hide those items in the list that are not selected. If the user makes a mistake and needs to add or change a field they initially selected, they should be able to deselect the wrong one and choose another from the list.
Right now, the list boxes require pressing Ctrl+Click for each they want to appear. That's fine, unless there is a better way to achieve this for those who don't use Ctrl+Click regularly.
I am not a programmer, so whatever help one provides, it really needs to be clear options so I can follow steps precisely.
