I signed up for a free trial of Adobe Acrobat Pro because I need to crop a pdf....but I can't get the edit feature to install. My computer is brand new and internet is stable. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing twice. It just keeps saying that the edit feature is installing. I don't even see a progress bar for it....nothing. Just says it is busy installing (for the last 3 hours now). Any other suggestions to get the edit feature working or installed?

@staciv69226972 even with a stable internet connection, the initial download or installation files might have become corrupted. I would uninstall the trial version. I would use Adobe Cleaner from Adobe website versus using any third party cleaner. Adobe Cleaner helps remove old Adobe software, cleaning corrupt installation files, and fixing your host files to establish a connection with Adobe servers. https://helpx.adobe.
Then log back into adobe.com and install the Acrobat Pro. And it should work great soon after!

Hello!
I hope you are doing well.
Have you tried the suggestions shared by our community product experts? You may use the Acrobat Cleaner tool to remove the installed app and any corrupt installation files that conflict with downloading all the app's features, restart the machine, and install Acrobat.
Note: You need to use an Adobe ID (email) to log in to the app and start using the features and services.
I hope this helps. Let us know if you need any assistance.
Thanks,
Anand Sri.
