Get a link to fillable forms?

How do I get a link to my form so it is still fillable when i sent it? i have created a form, everything looks ok, i can fill it in on my computer. But, when i email it it is no longer fillable! How do i get a link for the form is my question, a link i can sent, or put on my website, so people can fill it in and save on their computers. Yes, i have acobat license...

Hi HriCat,

You can create a link for the form using send & track option in Acrobat. More info here: Send and track files online | Adobe Acrobat DC

Once the link is created, user can download the form on their machine using that link and fill the form using Adobe Reader.

You may also need to save the form with Reader Extended rights. Please refer to the following link which discusses more on that: https://acrobatusers.com/forum/forms-acrobat/creating-forms-can-be-filled-out-clients/

I tried this, but when I send the link it's still read-only. Is there a way to upload a form and have it filled out via webapp, similar to google forms or survey monkey?
