Getting black lines when trying to print pdf

the problem happens with WIN 10

when i print the same pdf from WIN xp  it dosent happen

its an office, the same thing goes with 5 computers and 2 differnt printers

help please?  i dont wont to leave Acrobat for Foxit

Good news! Adobe Reader official update containing the complete fix for "black streaks while printing" issue is now available. Please update to the latest release by opening the application and going to Help > Check for Updates.

Could you please let me know the application you are using to print the pdf- Acrobat Reader/ Adobe Acrobat?

What is the version of the application?

To check the version, launch the application>Help menu>select About Adobe Acrobat

Would it be possible for you to share the screenshot of the printed pdf file here in the forums?

To insert a screenshot, click on insert image icon and select Choose File.

Hi

thanks but i didnt find the fix

cuse the version is up to date

if i mark the gray scale the print is better but still there are some black streaks.

i would like to know what is the solution?
