Have Acrobat 6.0 Pro since 2003. Have had W10 meltdown and lost serial number. Help!!

Hi,

Purchased Acrobat 6.0 Pro in 2003.  Worked OK through several upgrades and even into Windows 10.  Had a W10 meltdown a couple of weeks ago requiring a 'Refresh.'

Lost may apps, including  Acrobat Pro 6.0, but including the serial number which was wiped from the registry.  Adobe themselves unable to help (they say) apart from selling Acrobat 17 at $299

Any advice would be helpful.

it's unlikely you will get that working, but:

there are several possible ways to find/recover an adobe serial number.

1. search purchased materials: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/find-serial-number.html

2. you can check your account (if you purchased from or registered with adobe AND you remember the adobe id used to purchase/register), https://accounts.adobe.com

3.  if your adobe program is installed on another computer you can recover its serial number from that computer,
