I'm having the same problem on Windows 11. Repaired, re-installed and still the problem is happening. This also happened for different user and different PC running Windows 11. Is there known issues with Windows 11 and Acrobat? Crash Report attached. Computers we're using meet requirements from Adobe Acrobat system requirements, supported platforms.

Same thing happening here, crashes instantly with faulting module ucrtbase.dll.
Repaired
Un/Reinstalled
Uninstalled, ran adobe cleaner tool, reinstalled
repaired all visual c++ runtimes
windows updates, video drivers, no luck with anything

Just got off the phone with support. They did a manual cleanup and then a reinstall without creative cloud and finally it works. Phone call took ~40 minutes but was relatively painless.

Thanks for the update blogorama. I tried your suggestion using acrocleaner and re-install Acrobat Pro without CC, but still seems to be crashing. I'll contact Adobe

Support carried out the manual cleanup by uninstalling and removing Adobe folders in below locations:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files
C:\Program Files
C:\ProgramData
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local
C:\Users\username\AppData\LocalLow
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming
Once removed Adobe Acrobat was installed using download in below link:
Download Acrobat installer for Enterprise term or VIP license (adobe.com)
