Hi. I’ve scanned a book to A Pdf file It’s the story of a dairy that no longer exists. But many in my workplace didn’t talk Swedish. I wonder if any of the adobe’s programs have that feature. I subscribe to all apps to the phone and computer. Maybe it depends on the format pdf. I’m new to this, so maybe some weird questions. But is it possible to make this book more appealing to read with darker background or something else? And then I wonder if Pdf is the preferred way to do it. Thanks in advance Håkan

Hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out.
Adobe Acrobat can’t translate a PDF directly since its format is final; you can easily export the PDF to a Word doc so that it is ready for translation. Once you finish the translation, you can recreate the PDF from the new translated file. For more info, please check the help article https://www.adobe.com/acrobat/hub/translate-a-pdf.html
To change the background of the PDF file, please go to Edit (Win), Adobe Acrobat (Mac) > Prefereces > Accessibility > Custom Color, Page Background, as shown in the screenshot below:

By @Amal.
Note this does NOT change the page, only the way it is displayed on your machine (as well as all other files you open). You can't save this change, for example.
