Dear all,
I send hundreds of .PDF's a month, they come in either two security flavors:
1. Restricted editing and printing -> High resolution printing allowed -> Commenting, filling in forms & signing existing signature fields (+ password protected)
2. Restricted editing and printing -> High resolution printing allowed -> no changes allowed (+ password protected)
Right now I manually set the permissions each time. I know you can automate security settings for *every* .PDF, but knowing myself, I'd forget to change the permissions between the two types.
Is there a way to create hotkeys for Adobe to do this? Say if I hit control F1, it secures it in way 1, but if i hit F2 it secures it in way 2?
I'd love to hear your thoughts or knowledge!

Dear Bernd,
Thank you for your helpful answer! I've created two actions who do just what I want it to and added them to the toolbar.
The icons for both actions look identical however, is there a way to differentiate between them, or this may get a little confusing. Also is there a way to use a hotkey to trigger these actions?

When you move the mouse over the icon you will see the action name.
