How can I change the line height in a form field (with multiple lines) in adobe acrobat pro?

I made a design with lines in indesign and changed it into a form in adobe acrobat pro. I indicated the formfield for mulitiple lines. I can change the desired font and font color, but where can I change the line height? Problem is that the text is not on the lines I have made.

You need to play around with the font size and position of the field itself until it matches.

Assign a white background to the text fields. In a digital form lines are useless because there is no type of field that can write askew.

Thanks for your time JR,

I wanted the lines in my design, so I did play around with the font size and position in the field itself until it matched.

It's a shame that there is no option to simply set the line height.

This option has been cleverly hidden by the developers of Acrobat.

Here is your Christmas gift:

Unfortunately, after you clear the contents of the field this setting reverts to its default value, and you have to go back to this dialog in order to re-set it, which not all users know how to do.

It's important to understand that field properties depend on PDF specifications (aka ISO-32000 standard), not on Acrobat developers.
