How can I install the Acrobat X Pro application in Windows 10?

I replace a failed hard drive. I reinstalled Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Web Premium on the new drive. All the applications (Photoshop, Flash, etc) installed except Acrobat X Pro. The message indicated this was an invalid license, despite all other applications successfully installed under the same license. My operation system is Windows 10.

My issue has been resolved. Apparently installation on Win10 is

hit-and-miss. I deleted all apps in the Adobe suite and reinstalled. This

2nd install attempt was successful.

Thanks for your reply.

Hi bdeisemann,

In addition to try67, CS5.5 is basically not compatible with Win10. Refer: System requirements for Adobe Creative Suite Web Premium

You may try installing in compatibility mode and check if that helps. Refer to the stpes given in the following forum thread for the same:

CS5.5 license stopped working

Thanks,

Shivam
