How can I prepare a form?

I purchased Your plan: Acrobat Pro DC subscription (month-to-month). How can I prepare a form? Is this not included in the plan?

In Adobe Acrobat use Tools > Prepare Form

Hope you are doing well. I have checked the Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and found that you have a personal and business account with same email ID.

Please try to sign in the application using your business account and see if that works for you. https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/enterprise-id-faq.html

Hello, 

Thank you for pointing this out. Is there a way I can delete the personal account because I shouldn't have a personal account connected with my work email?

Also, I signed in to Adobe through the link provided and saw that I have access to Adobe Pro but when I got to the page where you can download apps I only had Adobe. How can I download Adobe Pro?
