Hello, we have done a poor job in my environment keeping track of our adobe acrobat serial numbers and as such we are not sure which ones are still fully in use or not. When we reset a device for instance, we cannot tell which serial number of adobe went with the device, and will have to run through a list of all of our serial numbers until we find a single one that is still available. Is there any effective way to check the serial number of the adobe app before resetting the device so we can avoid this problem in the future? Or potentially, is there a certain time frame where the serial number will expire if it is not in use by any devices?

Hi there
Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.
As per your request, you would like to know the serial number associated with the Acrobat installed on your machine so that you can reinstall it. Unfortunately, there is no option to directly check the serial number through the installed Adobe application to see which serial number was initially used to activate Acrobat standalone application on your machine.
However, upon checking your records associated with your current Adobe ID, I found that you have ten licenses for Acrobat standalone applications registered under your Adobe ID.
You can download and re-install the Acrobat standalone application and use any of the serial numbers for activation.
To find the serial number, you may refer to Find your serial number
If you face any issue, you may refer to Activation and deactivation troubleshooting
Hope this information will help.
