I have one form with a series of questions requiring "yes" or "no" responses on it. I want to make EACH SET of responses an independent pair of radio buttons. However, when I try to create the third radio button (aka the yes response to question 2), Acrobat is insisting on creating it as "Choice3" to the first question, instead of "Choice1" to the second question. (I have already renamed "Choice1" to "Yes" and "Choice2" to "No".)
As you can see above, the first two radio buttons are in. When I try to create the "yes" radio button for "Coherent speech", Adobe is not allowing it to be a NEW set of radio buttons. How can I "break out" of the current set of buttons so that I can start a new set?

Thank you! The first couple times I tried that, the form freaked had out on me (or the computer did) hence my call for help. This time, since you reassured me I was supposed to do that I figured out that if I opened the "All Properties" dialogue box first, it would allow me to change the name without misbehaving.
Appreciate the assist!
