How do I only get two options to appear in a dropdown when a specific checkbox is selected?

Whenever I select the Gator checkbox I need only two options to appear in the Tax rates dropdown - how do I accomplish that?

I attached the pdf file to the original post. If any of the Gator checkboxes are check I need for the Tax Dropdown to only show Tax Exempt UV and UTV 6.25
