I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.
I am looking for how to copy markups on the A PDF and paste them on the B PDF ?
I tried it normaly , and also tried that export FDF file from A and import FDF to B. But both way doesn't work correctly. The shapes of markups has been changed when I paste them...

Exporting the comments data to an FDF file and then importing it into another file will result is identical copies of the originals. However, if the two files contain pages that don't have the same size and/or rotations, the resulting comments will not be in the same location as the originals. If that's not the case with your files then it should have worked.

Please share the files in question for further help with this issue.
