How do I save a signiture for use in pdf documents?

Please brief me about the issue you are experiencing for better understanding and assistance.
When adding signatures, you should be able to see a checkbox saying, "Save signature," which saves your signature to the cloud on your account (screenshot attached)

@KarstenJensen We were experiencing server outages, which could be why you couldn't use the feature.
The servers are up and running. Should you experience the same issue again, please feel free to write back and I will look further into this.

there's a "correct answer" option that can be selected for each post, but users need a certain experience (with the forums) level to see the option. in any case, i marked the ss post as correct for you.
