Several options, depending on what is at your disposal:

in Acrobat:

  • You duplicate your page and use Multiple on the print dialogue. Please note that your options for scaling are limited. You need an Acrobat version that lets you edit PDF files.

in your application used to create the original data:

  • duplicate your page and create a new PDF. For the rest, proceed as with Acrobat, but you do not to edit your PDF file.    —OR—
  • Create your data page on an A4 page in such a manner that you have the information twice on your sheet. Create a new PDF and print as normal.

by using Illustrator or Indesign:

  • Create a new document of A4 size and place your PDF file twice on that document. Save or export as PDF. This works best as you can link the data to the original PDF. If that changes, you only need to update the placed documents save or export again.

The Pro version of above will imply buying expensive plug-ins to Acrobat DC Pro as used by professional printers. I suppose that‘s not an option for you.
