I'm sure it's simple, but I really don't understand this software.

So what is the solution? Repetitive individual spacing in the background text?

That's absurd. Fillable PDFs are so brittle... Thanks for your help.

Open document, Select Prepare Form from Tools > double click on the text field > a dialog box pops up > Options Tab > select Multi-line, deselect Scroll long text.

This does not work. I found Prepare Form. When I double click on the TEXT FIELD, nothing really happens except formatting junk I don't understand, NOTHING says Options, multi-line, scroll or anything like it. I cannot get this to work

Hello, I set a fillable field to Multi-line and it does not wrap it to the next line upon printing.   If I click inside of the filliable field to fill it out, it does wrap. Help?

Thanks, DS

This doesn't work at all. I right click and it just says SELECT ALL

Nothing else. I am so exhausted trying to make this work

It doesn't work with drop down lists, only with text fields. Otherwise you will not have the multiline option. I've spent the last hour searching for this, I can't believe this basic functionality doesn't work years later.
