How remove the protection from a PDF ?

Community Beginner ,

Hello,

I would like to merge some pdf's but some of them are protected here is their restriction:

Translation of the message in English below:

Comments -->off
Copy of content -->on
Copy content for accessibility -->on
Modify file content -->off
Fill in form fields -->off
Printing -->on
Signature -->off

This is the case for many of my pdfs and I would like to have a solution either from Adobe Acorbat DC or from SharePoint Online.
The documents seem to be protected after being signed.

Do you know how to solve my problem?
Thank you for your time.

Sincerly,
Pablo COELHO DA SILVA

Signed documents cannot be modified, because it destroys the signature. So the software is correct in stopping this. You must plan signing only on final documents (imagine if an extra page could be added to a signed contract!) Or use portfolios as suggested.

You can combine the files as a portfolio.

Hello,

Thank you both, I made a portfolio with the documents I previously wanted to merge.
But when I try to open it it shows me this instead of my document:

Translation below in English:
"For best results, open this PDF portfolio in Adobe Reader X or Adobe Acrobat X, or later.

Download Adobe Reader" now

I would like to know how to get rid of this (it gives me the same result when I open it with Adobe Acrobat Cloud from SharePoint Online) ?

Thank you for your time.

Sincerly,
Pablo COELHO DA SILVA

Don't open the file in a browser. Open the file in Acrobat Reader or Adobe Acrobat.
