Hi there,

While using e-signatures for approval, some approver's get their name, time and date printed under their sigantures while other don't. Could you please advise how to add this for everyone?

Many thanks

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you want to add the name, date and time under the e-signatures.

If you have a business/enterprise level Adobe Sign account, This option can be configured by an admin for your adobe sign account. For more information about know how please check out the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/kb/to-enable-disable-name-date-below-the-signature.html

Hope this information will help

Hi Amal,

Thank you for your reply.

I have tried this on my own account and it works. However, the settings doesn't work on my colleagues' accounts - we have enabled the well-formated signature and initials, as well as the dynamically adjust line below the siganture and initials - but when they sign for documents, name, time and date still doesn't show up.

We have the exact same settings on our accounts except that I have signed for the digital signature using my mouse and they have uploaded their signature from a screenshot of their physically signed signature.

Can you please advise on this? Is there a number I could call for help on this?

Many thanks

Emily

Hi Emily

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that. Would you mind sharing the version of  the Adobe Acrobat/Reader DC your colleagueis using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates and reboot the computer.

You may also try to reset the Acrobat Preferences to default as described in the help page https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792...  and see if that makes any difference.
