How to avoid restart the machine after acrobat reader DC installation using Setup.exe in Windows 10

Hi,
I am trying to install Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (2023.006.20320) using the MSI Installer on top of WINDOWS 10 Enterprise LTSC (Using Setup.exe) which have Adobe Acrobat Reader() already installed. After installation successful, machine is getting restarted automatically even after using "/norestart".
Is there any way to skip this restart after the installtion of Acrobat reader as we have more than 1000 client machines and restarting of the machines is not an option for us?

WINDOWS 10 Enterprise has Adobe Acrobat Reader(19.010.20099) already installed. and i want to install 2023.006.20320 version.
