I am using Acrobat DC Pro versions 2020.012 and create action to batch remove the passwords from PDF's But Action doesn't seem to work. I even select the Security to password in Action Wizard Preferences of Acrobat

Do all of the files have the same password? What happens when you run the Action, exactly?

It's not even working for a single pdf file when I tested the action...and in the full report, it shows. -
Command Name: Encrypt Command Status: Skipped

This worked reliably back in the days of Acrobat X, but was broken in Acrobat XI unless you used an Action that was created in Acrobat X. If I remember correctly, it worked for a short period of time after that in a release a few years ago, but then this feature disappeared again. I have not kept up with what Adobe is doing in regards to removing passwords in Actions, but there is a good chance that it is not working - at least based on history.

Any possibility of doing in via javascript

No, JS can't do it. Maybe a plugin. A stand-alone application can do it for sure, though.

I did testing in Acrobat DC PRO and found out -
Acrobat DC PRO can only do bulk removal of password when ONE password is applied in PDF’s for example If a password is set for opening the pdf and to restrict editing of PDF then the action to remove the password does not work but if the password is set only for one i.e. to open pdf or restrict editing in pdf then the action for removal of password works fine in acrobat pro.
