How to block pop-up about premium Edit PDF tool upgrade?

Hi everyone, 

I used to have the adobe Pro DC premium subscription and have recently discontinued my subscription. 

This extremely irritating pop-up keeps appearing whenever I'm trying to scroll / read through pages, saying that "The Premium Edit PDF tool lets you modify text and images in PDF files" 

I have been unable to get this pop-up to stop appearing. Could you please tell me how to do it permanently?

Would you mind sharing the version of the OS you are using?
