How to check links?

New Here ,
Jan 07, 2020 Jan 07, 2020

I have a PDF I'm working on using Acrobat Pro DC (on Mac OSX Sierra). It is a directory and has thousands of url links, most have been added automatically but I'm having to add about a quarter of them manually. So there is a lot of room for mistakes to happen!

Is there any quick way to check that they all work and to find broken links?

Any help would be much appreciated!

It seems like it might work, but I have no idea how to make it work.
Even the documentation is confusing.

I'll have a look through and see if I can work it out
