How to create a border around text and fill it in with color

Hello,

I'm creating a flyer with Adobe Acrobat and I'm trying to create a border around some text and fill it in with color to make it look more professional. I was able to create something using the drawing tools (rectangle shape) but it would just cover the text. There is QR code that I would like to include with the text. Would that make it more difficult to do? Help! 

I've included an example of what I want that portion of the text on the flyer to look like.

Hi Fatemaf,

Acrobat is not a page layout program. 

You can create one in Illustrator, Word, InDesign, even Photoshop. But creating a flyer from scratch in Acrobat will only give you grief.

AFTER you've created your flyer, Acrobat is the best way to electronically deliver that flyer.
