Hello,

I am new to creating and editing interactive pdf forms.  I would like to create a button action that will submit the form to an email address.  I found a way to create an action for a button that will open a web page but nothing that will launch an email to a specific address.  Is there a way to do this?

Thanks in advance for your advice.

ignore the little envelope: and no spaces

and if you want a subject type this: "mailto:theEmailAd@bfr.edf?subject=whatever you want" (ignore "")

you bind the artwork (text what ever) to each variable

Thank you.  Ever since I went to Microsoft Outook 2011, Acrobat has been unable to mail directly from the application but I can see from the button that it will go to the address I want and I believe others will be able to use the form and send it to the right place.

Thanks again,

Jay
