How to create bookmarks in PDF to attachments

I have a PDF with 3 attachments. I want to add bookmarks for the attachments. End result will be the PDF with the bookmarks panel open with bookmarks to the PDF and other documents (excel, mp4, etc.). I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. Thank you.

You could try doing this as follows -- I believe this works for PDF attachments:

Right-click the bookmark, select set Properties
Click Actions tab.
Select Action: Go to page view, click Add. (leave the dialog box that appears open, don't click anything at this stage).
Open to the Attachment panel, select the PDF attachment and double-click it to open it and THEN click Set Link.
