How to create Sign Templates with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC

New Here ,
May 06, 2022 May 06, 2022

I am trying to create a sign template using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC that I can sent to people to fill and sign. This help document suggests that I should be able to do so: https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/create-template.html

However, on the top navigation bar of Adobe Document Cloud, "E-Sign", rather than "Sign", is displayed. More importantly, when I click on E-Sign, I am not offered the "Create a Template" option.

Do you have suggestions on how to proceed?

Thanks,

Hi Shane,

I think my issue has been solved. I have 3 adobe acccounts but one paid subscription. My problem was trying to use the template with a free, rather than paid, account. Once I switched to the paid account, it worked.

Bill
