how to deactivate Adobe Acrobat Standard 2020 correctly?

Because with the new Adobe policy you can activate the Adobe Acrobat Standard 2020 only on two computers and because Adobe Support cannot reset the activation count, how to deactivate the Adobe Acrobat license when you want to upgrade your computer?

Especially what happens if you also have activated Adobe Photoshop/Premiere Elements 2022?

In theory if you sign out from Adobe via Help -> Sign Out it should deactivate ALL Adobe products. However I have just tested this and when I signed out of Elements it didn't deactivated the Acrobat license.

How to check if a product is still activated without signing in?

No, that's not the case. If you deactivate Acrobat it doesn't deactivate anything else, or vice versa.

I am sorry but that is not the question! The question is: if you have two products: Adobe Elements and Adobe Acrobat, if you sign out from one of them, will it deactivate the other product as well?
The answer is NO! Greedy Adobe is screwing you such that you consume your 2 activation and you need to buy a new license. Or they suggest you to buy Cloud.

If you want to completely deactivate a device from the application, you can log in to https://adobe.ly/3UsnX4K

Once there, remove all the devices you see in the list, and it should deactivate the products.

 

The next time you launch the application, it will ask you to fill in your credentials again.
