Well I have purchased subscription for Acrobat DC Pro and I get a daily popup to try organizing my pages. I will absolutely cancel this subscription if there is no way to turn this off. I sign multiple pdf's every day and this continuously interrupts my workflow. In addition to the annoyance it offers to reoganize one page. One @#$#@ page! Most of my pdf's are drawings that I need to sign.
I know how to reorganize pages so how do I turn it off. And yes I have turned off Adobe messages etc in the preferences. I have even tried some registry settings but nothing gets rid of this Herpes of a message.
Attached is the popup that opened for a single page pdf this morning. (Happens every day).

I do that once per day.
How do I stop the next one?

May be that your Acrobat installation doesn't remember this.

No it does not, any ideas on how to jog it's memory.
I already tried a repair install, tried the 'X", tried the try now button (even though I don't want to try it) and also a bunch of registry edits and of course the disable messages setting.

Sorry, I don't know.

Thanks for trying. Does anyone at Adobe know?
Another one today. This one a certified unable to be modified single page pdf file.
I still get a "Reoganize your PDF" - "Try it now" popup over my drawing.
For F's sake, there must be a way to turn this diabolical rubbish off!

Spent an hour with Adobe Support. I give them points for trying hard to fix the issue.
It may well be fixed now (fingers crossed), and I'll report back if it is for others.
There is an Adobe Uninstaller to run "AdobeAcroCleaner_DC2021.exe", actually also tried "AdobeAcroCleaner_DC2015.exe"
Neither worked, lots of other things were tried but the last was to delete all old Adobe Registry entries for Acrobat distiller, Reader etc, then run a repair install of Acrobat DC.
It seems to be OK now, but can't be sure until its gone for a few days.

Two more hours in and still no joy.
Popup is there once per day.
I have cleared:
Registry
Program Files
Programdata
User
Common
and any other locations i could find for Adobe and reinstalled, problem still exists.

Well Adobe support have been next to useless thus far, they constantly try an unrelated setting then try and convince me its fixed only for it to pop up the next day.
I went all out and blasted every possible reference to Acrobat or Adobe on my computer - none of this worked.
I then loaded the 64 bit version and this did not work either.
I then went through the registry settings one by one until I found the trigger for the popup.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\AVGeneral\sTrialistCardLastShown
This gets set to a Hexidecimal value representing the time when the popup is shown. If about 24hours have elapsed since the last time one has been shown then the popup occurs again.
I can make the popup occur each time by restoring this value from a day or so earlier before launching Acrobat.
More interestingly I have set the value to hex:FF,FF,FF,FF,FF,FF,FF,FF,FF,FF,FF,FF,FF,FF which is some time off into the far future and this seems to have fooled it into not showing me the popup again.
This to me proves there is code in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC that keeps count of when it has showed what I would call an Advertisement and to not show another one for a period of time.
This is further confirmed by the key : iTrialistCardShownCount which counts how many times the popup has been shown (Guess what, mine is 7 for one each day since last install).
I suspect this also ties in with : bLimitPromptsFeatureKey which I saw before but its only options are:
0: Don't restrict informational prompts.
1: Limit prompts to 1 per day and 3 per week.
This is not good enough, where is 2: Never show informational prompts?
I should not have to do this and expect that Adobe must have a means of disabling these popups. If they don't then they better add one as I find this totally unacceptable in paid for software.
I dont pay a subscription to get advertisements in the software I am trying to use!

Ok, one more observation....
When:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\AVGeneral\iTrialistCardShownCount
is A (10) or greater this also stops the popup. I set it to the max FFFFFFFF
Documenting here in case it helps someone.

I got mine to stop by following the steps it was asking to take (kind of like a tutorial). If you click the "x" to close the pop-up, then click on the green "organize pages" tool icon on the right, you should see a mini-popup guiding you through organizing your pdf. Once you get through that and close out of adobe, then reopen, the initial popup no longer comes up. I agree it's dumb you can't just, not do what it's asking, but this way sounds a lot easier than editing registry files. Hope it helps someone.

So--I have to waste my time "learning" how to do something I already know how to do in order to STOP annoying pop-ups wanting me to "try it now"!!!! INFURIATING!
Also, when you follow the advertisment (This is NOT a tutorial because it is not voluntary) all the way through, Adobe CLOSES, so I have to reopen the file that I ACTUALLY WANTED in the first place....you know...only the actual reason that I was using Adobe.

The X to close the popup is not enabled you have to go thru the process and then close the screen. it does this for every document. wish i could bill adobe for my time they waste. btw just started this today

Sorry for the frustrating experience, and for the delayed response.
I understand how frustrating it can be to receive recurring pop-ups when using Acrobat, especially when they interrupt your workflow. Thank you for bringing this to our attention!
Currently, Acrobat may display feature suggestions based on usage patterns. While some pop-ups can be managed through the app preferences, others may not have a direct toggle to disable them. However, we’d love to better understand your situation to explore potential solutions.
Could you please confirm the following details?
With this information, we can look into potential workarounds or escalate this concern to the appropriate teams for review. Your feedback is invaluable in helping improve the user experience!
Looking forward to your response.

I went to Edit>Preferences>General and found a box to unclick labeled "Show me messages when I launch adobe acrobat". Hopefully this will work.
